garlic and rosemary wedges
800g Mr Chips wedges
2 small parsnips, cut lengthwise into quarters
2 Tbsp flour
4 cloves garlic, peeled and finely chopped
sprinkle of sea of salt (optional)
freshly ground black pepper
2 Tbsp oil
3-4 fresh rosemary sprigs

Place all ingredients in a roasting pan. Toss to coat. Bake at 200°C
for 25-35 minutes or until golden brown and crunchy. Turn over several
times during cooking. Garnish if desired. Remove the rosemary sprigs
before serving. Serves 4.
